- We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product (wrong item or quantity)
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Minor packaging issues that do not affect the product's usability
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

- Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the product back (if applicable).
- You may need to ship the product to our return address. Shipping costs for returns (if not our fault) are to be borne by the customer.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and paid for.
